  1. Ponemos a dorar en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva el ajo y el jengibre rallados.

  5. Unos 2 minutos antes de retirar el pollo ya con la salsita con más cuerpo. Entonces añadimos la cúrcuma. Es importante añadirla al final porque si se quema mucho pierda la mayoría de sus propiedades (ese truco me lo enseñó Alfonso😍)
  6. Mientras habremos puesto una ollita con el agua y sal a hervir. En el momento que llegue a hervir añadimos el bulgur y dejamos cocer unos 14 minutos aproximadamente. Pasado el tiempo probamos y si está a nuestro gusto sacamos y servimos.
  7. Servimos nuestro plato con el pollo al curry, unas hojitas de cilantro fresco y al lado el bulgur. Ya solo queda disfrutar de este súper plato!!
