Se puede echar más ajo y algo más de vinagre pero para mí gusto queda muy fuerte de sabor y el ajo se nota mucho. Picamos todo bien. Una vez lo tenemos como la primera foto le añadimos las migas de pan, algo picado también para que nos sea más fácil.. Y volvemos a triturar todo muy bien hasta tener todo bien integrado y la vemos cómo en la última foto más o menos.
  3. Ahora cogemos los 160g de aceite y sin parar de batir vamos añadiendola poco a poco. Vamos ligando nuestro salmorejo poco a poco con el aceite y vemos cómo coge más textura crema y el color se vuelve más anaranjado.
  4. Echo. Servimos ponemos el huevo duro picado por encima, los tacos de jamón y los picatostes de pan. Se puede comer tal cual, frío, o caliente. (Como digo siempre eso es al gusto) en mi caso me gusta así tal cual o tibio
