- Añade los 400 ml de leche de coco, el litro de caldo de verduras y la ralladura y el zumo de una naranja grande bien lavada. Remueve bien para integrarlo


- Sube el fuego al máximo y cuando comience a hervir, baja el fuego al mínimo, tapa la olla (opcional) y déjalo cocinar chup chup 30 minutos



- Sírvelo caliente con un poco de cilantro fresco por encima, 1-2 cucharadas de yogur natural sin azúcar y/o arroz basmati
