- Sacamos el salmón del horno. Se hab´ra cocinado en su propio jugo al estar al papillote y habrá quedado muy jugoso. Servimos con la salsita tártara por arriba y acompañado del bimi y el puré de patatas, o con tu guarnición favorita y ¡a disfrutar!
