Una vez sacadas las piezas de la sepia cortamos el manto por la mitad y también los tentáculos para hacer las dos raciones. Al manto le hacemos unos cortes por su periférica y también en su parte superficial, en esta sin llegar a cortar de todo.
  3. Ponemos la plancha a fuego fuerte y en cuanto esté caliente introducimos la sepia sin aceite para que suelte toda su agüilla. Damos un minuto por cada lado y la sacamos de la plancha.
  4. Limpiamos bien la plancha y lo ponemos de nuevo a fuego fuerte y en cuanto esté caliente añadimos un poco de aceite e introducimos la sepia de nuevo, añadimos por encima una pizca de sal y cocinamos por espacio de un minuto y medio y le damos la vuelta, añadimos un poco de salsa Mery por encima de la sepia y dejamos otro minuto y medio y la retiramos. Emplatamos y adornamos y listo para comer.
