  2. TIP: Con los trozos donantes de los espárragos vamos a preparar un caldo que usaremos como agua para nuestro guiso añadiremos una pizca de sal.
  3. Vamos a freír con poco aceite el pan con 2 dientes de ajo en trozos grandes hasta que estén dorados, llevaremos al mortero ponemos un pelín de vinagre y sal e integramos bien con golpes suaves.
  4. Por otro lado vamos a sofreír los trigueros con el ajo restante cortado pequeñito durante un cuarto de hora más o menos pasado ese tiempo añadimos el pimentón y rehogamos 1 minuto más.
  5. Ponemos sobre los espárragos el contenido de el mortero removemos y tapamos con nuestro caldo de espárragos. sin pasarnos solo que cubra la verdura. Dejamos hervir hasta que reduzca a la mitad, añadimos los huevos. vamos a corregir de sal y tapamos para que los huevos escalfen (aquí añadirías la pizca de comino si optas por ello)
  6. Servimos poniendo sobre el huevo los taquitos de jamón y listo.. a disfrutarrrrrrr 😋
