  3. Preparar las verduras cortándolas muy pequeña las doramos con un chorrito de aceite, una pizca de sal y pimienta.
  4. Cuando estén doradas añadir el teff, el aliño y remover para que se integren todoslos sabores, dejar en la nevera al menos una hora antes de servir. Decorar con unas hojitas de hierbabuena Y listo!!!
